Voice Assistants are on the rise during the last few years. But their skills not only empower games or the entertaining industry, but they are also changing the hospitality industry fundamentally! In this session, we want to learn how we can benefit from customer triggered intents and how we can use every microdata we can possibly gain to improve a voice skill. We want to show how we implemented a 360-degree system that helps to identify new customer needs, how we can improve retention and usability and how we can do CI and CD multiple times a day using an automated system.
